These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “T&Cs”) govern sales made by TraveledMap (hereinafter the “Seller”) via the website https://www.traveledmap.com (hereinafter the “Website”). By confirming an order on the Website, the customer (hereinafter the “Customer”) acknowledges having read, understood and unreservedly accepted these T&Cs.

1. Purpose

These T&Cs define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of custom posters created by the Customer using the Website interface and printed/delivered by an external specialized service provider.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are custom posters generated from the choices made by the Customer via the Website interface. A preview is available during the design phase. The final rendering generated by the Seller’s servers may show slight differences (layout adjustments, colors, margins) compared to the preview.

No poster is sent for printing without the Customer’s express validation. Once validated, the order becomes final and binding.

3. Order

  1. The Customer designs the poster via the Website interface.
  2. An initial preview is presented.
  3. The final design is generated by the Seller and submitted for validation.
  4. Validation / refusal:
    • If validated: the order is sent for printing. No reversal is possible.
    • If refused: the Seller contacts the Customer by email to propose an alternative solution within 14 days. If no solution is found within this period, the order is fully refunded.

4. Price and Payment

Prices are expressed in euros (tax‑inclusive). In accordance with Article 293 B of the French Tax Code, VAT is not applicable under the micro‑business regime. Consequently, no VAT is invoiced or recoverable by business Customers.

Payment is due upon ordering, by credit card via the Stripe payment processor. The order is confirmed only after effective receipt of payment.

5. Production and Delivery

Average production time is 3 working days. Delivery is handled by an external specialized service provider, within an indicative timeframe of 1 to 12 working days depending on the option chosen, for a total estimated period of 4 to 15 working days.

These timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on destination and shipping conditions. The Seller has no control over transport and shall not be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221‑28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom products made to the Customer’s specifications. Once the design is validated, the order is final and binding, except in cases of proven manufacturing defect or as provided in section 3.

7. Claims and Customer Service

In the event of a defective product (non‑conformity with the validated version, damaged product), the Customer must send a claim with supporting evidence (photos, description) to: contact@traveledmap.com within a reasonable time after receipt. The Seller will review the request and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or a refund.

8. Liability

Printing and delivery are entrusted to specialized service providers. The Seller shall not be held liable for delays, losses or damages attributable to the carrier, except in the case of proven fault on its part. In any case, the Seller’s liability is limited to the amount of the order.

9. Force Majeure

The Seller shall not be held liable in the event of circumstances beyond its control (natural disasters, strikes, service interruptions by providers, etc.) preventing the proper performance of contractual obligations.

10. Personal Data

Data collected is necessary for order processing and used in accordance with the privacy policy available on the Website. Data is only shared with providers strictly necessary for production and delivery.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute and in the absence of amicable settlement, jurisdiction is expressly conferred on the competent French courts. The Customer is informed of the possibility of recourse to a consumer mediation service free of charge in accordance with Article L612‑1 of the French Consumer Code.
